Eden Office accepts full responsibility for faulty workmanship and mechanical or construction failure on Eden Office seating under normal commercial-use conditions, for the stated warranty term.
Chair parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Our warranty also covers performance of our recommended standard fabrics. We will reupholster seating free of charge if these upholstery fabrics demonstrate failure within the warranty period. Fabric fade is not covered by warranty.
Our warranty applies from the date of despatch from our factory. Date of despatch is located on a label beneath the chair seat
Repairs undertaken by any other party, or adjustment or alteration of mechanical parts, could void the warranty.
For Eden Office full warranty to apply, our chair care procedures should be followed.
Pilot is warrantied for 10 years in normal commercial-use situations.
The recommended maximum user weight is 160kg.

Pilot's upholstered seat is standard in a smart black polyester fabric. The seat can be reupholstered in a fabric of your choice. Pilot seat uses a stitched non-adhered upholstery method and works well with a wide range of fabrics as well as vinyl and leather.
Any upholstery covering chosen should be rated suitable for Heavy Commercial Use (40000+ Martindale rubs).
Our recommended fabrics are shown here. Please be aware that colours are not always correctly depicted on screen and colours should be chosen from physical samples.

Deluxe comfort seating with simple body-responsive support movement.
Pilot is generous and comfortable with a broad-support backrest and plush padded seat. The user-freindly mechanism features a self-adjusting synchro movement, with back and seat moving together, naturally responsive to your body weight. It allows a relaxed supportive floating tilt or can be locked in three positions.
Pilot is upholstered in a smart black polyester fabric, with option to reupholster in fabric of your choice.
