Warranty

Eden Office accepts full responsibility for faulty workmanship and mechanical or construction failure on Eden Office seating under normal commercial-use conditions, for the stated warranty term.

Chair parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Our warranty also covers performance of our recommended standard fabrics. We will reupholster seating free of charge if these upholstery fabrics demonstrate failure within the warranty period. Fabric fade is not covered by warranty.

Our warranty applies from the date of despatch from our factory. Date of despatch is located on a label beneath the chair seat

Repairs undertaken by any other party, or adjustment or alteration of mechanical parts, could void the warranty.

For Eden Office full warranty to apply, our chair care procedures should be followed.

Normal commercial use is 8-10 hours per day. For 24-hour or other extensive-use situations a reduced term warranty applies. Some of our ergonomic task chairs are designed for 24-hour situations and for these a full warranty applies including when used in 24-hour situations.
