Chair parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Our warranty also covers performance of our recommended standard fabrics. We will reupholster seating free of charge if these upholstery fabrics demonstrate failure within the warranty period. Fabric fade is not covered by warranty.
Our warranty applies from the date of despatch from our factory. Date of despatch is located on a label beneath the chair seat
Repairs undertaken by any other party, or adjustment or alteration of mechanical parts, could void the warranty.
For Eden Office full warranty to apply, our chair care procedures should be followed.
Abbey is warrantied for 10 years in normal commercial-use situations.

It certifies that product chemical emissions are at safe levels, in view of minimising indoor air pollution and potential chemical exposure. GREENGUARD Certification criteria have been the basis for the LEED credit for low-emitting furniture since 2002.
In addition to the standard VOC certification, GREENGUARD also offer a more stringent 'Gold' certification, which includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels. This helps ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.
Office Furniture products that are GREENGUARD Gold Certified are also compliant with the BIFMA X7.1 standard and BIFMA e3 credits 7.6.1, 7.6.2, and 7.6.3.

Abbey is upholstered to order in the fabric of your choice. It has a moulded foam shell with complex contoured shaping and we use a fully-adhered gloved upholstery method to achieve a tight fit to match the curves of the shell. Abbey looks its best when upholstered in a fabric of medium weight with multi-directional stretch. It is particularly suited to felted wool fabrics which fit smoothly around the contours.
Any upholstery covering chosen should be rated suitable for Heavy Commercial Use (40000+ Martindale rubs).
