Eden Office accepts full responsibility for faulty workmanship and mechanical or construction failure on Eden Office seating under normal commercial-use conditions, for the stated warranty term.
Chair parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period. Our warranty also covers performance of our recommended standard fabrics. We will reupholster seating free of charge if these upholstery fabrics demonstrate failure within the warranty period. Fabric fade is not covered by warranty.
Our warranty applies from the date of despatch from our factory. Date of despatch is located on a label beneath the chair seat
Repairs undertaken by any other party, or adjustment or alteration of mechanical parts, could void the warranty.
For Eden Office full warranty to apply, our chair care procedures should be followed.
Cruise is warrantied for 5 years in normal commercial-use situations.
The recommended maximum user weight is 120kg.

GREENGUARD is one of the world’s most respected environmental certifications. It certifies that product chemical emissions are at safe levels, in view of minimising indoor air pollution and potential chemical exposure. GREENGUARD Certification criteria have been the basis for the LEED credit for low-emitting furniture since 2002.
In addition to the standard VOC certification, GREENGUARD also offer a more stringent 'Gold' certification, which includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emissions levels. This helps ensure that products are acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.
Office Furniture products that are GREENGUARD Gold Certified are also compliant with the BIFMA X7.1 standard and BIFMA e3 credits 7.6.1, 7.6.2, and 7.6.3.

Cruise is upholstered to order in the fabric of your choice. We use a gloved fully-adhered upholstery method where the cover is sewn in a tight-fit shape to match the curve of the timber shell. Cruise looks its best when upholstered in a fabric of medium weight with multi-directional stretch. It can also upholster well in some specific vinyls and leathers.
Any upholstery covering chosen should be rated suitable for Heavy Commercial Use (40000+ Martindale rubs).
Our recommended fabrics are shown here. Please be aware that colours are not always correctly depicted on screen and colours should be chosen from physical samples.

Cruise is a smart slim-line stool that will work easily in a variety of working, learning, and eating spaces. Its seat shell of durable natural timber features a supportive low backrest. It is available in two timber colour finishes and with either rod sled or 4-leg steel frame.
Cruise can be upholstered to order in fabric of your choice, with over 50 colours available in our standard fabric ranges.
